Want to embark on a magical mystery tour for a good cause? Come on down to Weston Auditorium on Saturday, April 14 to see “1964 The Tribute” perform a benefit concert for Fitchburg homeless shelter Our Father’s House.
“This concert benefits our emergency shelter,” said Jane Shattuck, administrative assistant at Our Father’s House Inc. “Fitchburg State University has been a big help to us by offering their venue for this show.” The April 14 show will be the fifth performance by “1964 The Tribute” in Weston Auditorium to benefit Our Father’s House.
At 8 p.m. sharp, “1964 The Tribute” will feature their own John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr, taking the audience back to the days of Beatlemania and beyond. From Cuban-heeled boots to mop-top hairstyles, from period instruments to costumes, “1964 The Tribute” has got every inch of The Beatles covered.
“1964 The Tribute” was named “the best Beatles tribute on Earth” by Rolling Stone Magazine.
How do you get a ticket to ride for this fab show? To purchase tickets, contact Jane Shattuck at 978-345-2256 ext. 300 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. or stop by Our Father’s House Inc. at 4 Leighton St. in Fitchburg. Tickets cost $30 and there will be assigned seating.
