‘Tis the season to help those in need. And what better way to give during the holidays than to rock out and watch some dancing courtesy of the Fitchburg State Dance Club? The organization will present its Holiday Dance Show on Dec. 9 at 8 p.m. in the Weston Auditorium, with an encore performance Dec. 11 at 4 p.m.
The show will consist of 22 dances, showcasing a wide variety of dance styles. In the true spirit of the holidays, half of the ticket proceeds will be donated to Children’s Hospital Boston.
Tickets cost $5 for students and $7 for general admission. They can be purchased at the Info Desk in the Hammond Building, or at the door.
Looking for another way to support the dancers? Go to Uno Chicago Grill at 905 Merriam Ave., Leominster, on either of the show days and bring in your show ticket; Uno will donate 15 percent of your bill to the FSU Dance Club.
